Free Computer Training for SIR/MLS, Inc. Users!
SIR/MLS, Inc. has formed an alliance with The Bethalto Community Technology Center (CTC). CTC is the result of a partnership between the Village of Bethalto and the Bethalto Public Library District that provides free access to computers and computer training through a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The membership numbers and potential student population from SIR/MLS, Inc. users helped them re-establish the grant. The CTC currently offers more than 20 workshops, providing professional instruction by a certified Microsoft Office Specialist instructor in some of the most popular programs and applications. Instructor: Jeff Alsman
Along with more than 25 years experience in the fields of corporate communications, public and media relations, Jeff also holds a Microsoft Office Specialist certification and a national training certificate from Achieve Global in the areas of leadership and management training. His informal training style and corporate training background help create a welcoming environment at the workshops that is condusive to the transfer of knowledge to participants of any age or skill level.
